Anick has been training with us since we opened in 2018 and decided to get serious about her health. As a busy and successful working mum with two young girls she had to be organised and make positive changes to her daily life that would see her reach her goals!
Her transformation is amazing and she is living proof that focus and commitment brings change!
Leila has made great changes to her diet and exercise since starting with us. She makes sure she keeps on moving! Being a busy stay at home mum means that sometimes we feel like we move a lot but in reality doesn't equal the movement we need to change and strength your body. Leila has lost weight, gained muscle and is a lot stronger for the work she puts in. 3 gorgeous kids that she brings along to every session.
Leila said recently to us that
" Training has been unbelievably beneficial in so many ways. The weight loss, strength and fitness has all been amazing but it doesn’t compare to the effect it has had on my mental health and well being. After I train I feel so positive, have so much more energy and no matter what else is going on in my life it just sets my day up right and makes me feel good and happy! "
Kristy is a busy working mum with two kids.
She travels for work so we have given her all the tools to make changes to her lifestyle whether she is at home or away travelling .
Kristy now knows how to maintain her diet and training even with her hectic lifestyle and is incredibly disciplined while she is away so she can enjoy life with her kids when she is home. Having shed close to 10 kilo's she is feeling stronger and happier than ever.
She is actually feeling so good about where she is at with her fitness level, Kristy has decided to take on a half marathon!
